CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and plans may change. To protect our artists’ time and appointment availability, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. The card on file may be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.
